„Mike, was hast du in den Herbstferien gemacht?, fragte Bernd. „Ich war alleine in den Bergen wandern. Eine Tour war sehr anstrengend. Am Mittwoch ging ich von der Talstation um 9.00 Uhr los, machte immer mal eine Pause und kam 16.00 Uhr in der Berghütte an. Am nächsten Tag ging ich um 9.00 Uhr wieder los, ging den gleichen Weg zurück und machte wieder eine Anzahl von Pausen und war wieder genau 16.00 Uhr in der Talstation.“ „Wenn das so ist, dann musst du am Mittwoch und Donnerstag zur gleichen Zeit an der gleichen Stelle gewesen sein, ob das gerade eine Pause war, weiß ich aber nicht.“, sagte Bernd. Die Wegweiser der Wanderstrecke waren rechtwinklige Dreiecke (6 cm; 8 cm; 10 cm). Auf jedem Wegweiser war ein roter Kreis, dieser hatte zu jedem Rand einen Abstand von 1 cm. Wie groß (Radius) war der Kreis. 4 rote Punkte.

Gli indicatori stradali erano dei triangoli rettangolari (6 cm; 8 cm; 10 cm). Su ogni indicatore c´era un cerchio rosso, che aveva una distanza di 1 cm a ogni bordo. Quanto era grande il cerchio (raggio)? 4 punti rossi.

 Lösung/solution/soluzione:
Die Behauptung von Bernd stimmt. Das Problem wird auf einen Tag "verlagert". MIke geht an dem ersten Tag nach oben und - so wie er an nächsten Tag zurückkommt- läuft kommt ihm sein "Doppelgänger" entgegen. Irgendwo müssen Sie natürlich treffen. Diese Stelle, egal wo, egal wann, ist die Stelle und der Zeitpunkt, wo Mike am nächsten Tag eben auch ist.
Als erstes konstruiert man den Inkreis des Dreiecks oder man berechnet dessen Radius (r=2cm), der gesuchte Kreis hat dann den Radius von 1 cm (bei gleichem Mittelpunkt).
