„Hier siehst du die Zeichnung der letzten Woche wieder“, sagte Mike. „Die soll von den Obstpflückern in Paterno (Ort auf Sizilien) mit Apfelsinen und Oliven belegt werden. Auf die blauen Kreise kommen Oliven, auf die roten Apfelsinen.“ Die Zeichnung ist der Beginn des Musters. Es kommen dann wieder Oliven, dann Apfelsinen und so weiter. Wie viele Oliven bzw. Apfelsinen braucht man, wenn man das Muster mit 5 Ringen aus Apfelsinen abschließt? 6 blaue Punkte.

Wie sieht das Muster aus, wenn man genau 4567 Apfelsinen (Oliven sind genug vorhanden) hat. Wenn es zu einem vollständigen „Ring“ nicht mehr reicht, dann wird der Rest gegessen. Wie viele Oliven braucht man für das Muster? 6 rote Punkte.

Die Lösung des Symbolrätsels bringt zwei zusätzliche blaue Punkte, aber nur wenn reguläre Punkte eingebracht werden. Sur les cercles bleus les olives, sur les cercles rouges les oranges. "Le dessin est le début du motif. Puis reviennent les olives, puis les oranges et ainsi de suite. Combien d’olives ou d’oranges sont nécessaires si on termine le motif avec 5 anneaux d’oranges? 6 points bleus.

À quoi ressemble le motif  lorsqu’on a exactement 4567 oranges? Si cela ne suffit pas pour un "anneau" complet, le reste des oranges sera mangé. De combien d'olives besoin-on pour le motif? 6 points rouges.
La solution de l'énigme apporte deux points bleus supplémentaires, mais seulement si des points réguliers ont été obtenus.

„Aquí otra vez ves el dibujo de la semana pasada“, dijo Mike. „Queremos que los recolectores de fruta de Paterno (lugar en Sicilia) lo ocupen con naranjas y aceitunas. Se pone aceitunas encima de los círculos azules y naranjas encima de los círculos rojos.“ El dibujo es el comienzo del modelo. Luego vienen otras aceitunas, otras naranjas y así sucesivamente. ¿Cuántas aceitunas y naranjas se requiere, si cerramos el modelo con 5 círculos de naranjas? 6 puntos azules.

¿Cómo se ve el modelo con exactamente 4567 naranjas? Si ya no se puede realizar un “círculo” completo, se come el resto. ¿Cuántas aceitunas necesitamos para este modelo? 6 puntos rojos.

What does the pattern look like when you use exactly 4567 oranges (there a re enough olives). If there aren’t enough oranges for a complete “ring” you may eat the remaining ones. How many olives do you need for this pattern? - 6 red points

Le olive vengono messe sui cerchi blu, le arancie su quelli rossi.” Il disegno è l’inizio di un motivo. Poi vengono altre olive, poi arancie e così via. Quante olive e quante arancie ci vogliono per finire li motivo con cinque anelli di arancie? 6 punti blu.

Che forma ha il motivo, se si possono usare esattamente 4567 arancie (se un anello per mancanza di arancie non può essere finito, si mangiano le arancie abbondanti)? Quante olive sono necessari per questo motivo? 6 punti rossi.
